This is the middle and lower part of the leg of lamb. A very tasty roasting joint and slightly larger than the fillet end cut but equally gorgeous, can be cooked a bit slower, just treat as a small leg of lamb. Our Butchers french trim this joint as shown in the photo producing a lovely joint fit for a Kings table. Serve with mint sauce .
